Tractor trailer crash closes parts of Route 222, at least one hospitalized: officials

Portions of Route 222 are closed after a tractor trailer crash sent at least one person to the hospital, according to dispatchers.

Dispatchers report that the crash occurred around 4:00p.m. on Route 222 and Hunsicker Road in Lancaster County. The crash reportedly involved a tractor trailer and at least one other vehicle.

Dispatchers say that at least one person has been transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries.

PennDOT officials state that the left lane of Rt. 222 is now open.
