Based on the above first-look trailer, a lot. Get details on the drama to come below.

The longtime friends will come face-to-face and finally confront what went wrong in their friendship over the summer — and it definitely won't be easy. As Andy puts it in the trailer, "Emotions are probably still very raw tonight, specifically, Lindsay, with you and Danielle."

The two have a lot to discuss throughout the reunion, but one of the most difficult topics will without a doubt be the conversation they're set to have on the Summer House Season 7 finale. Reflecting on it, Danielle says, "I hated seeing Lindsay's face. The way that she looked at me, it felt like it was a stranger."

She asks Lindsay if she regrets anything she said during the chat. Her response? "No. I had had enough."

Kyle then chimes in to tell Lindsay, "You were the coldest, emotion-less person I had ever seen."

Finally, Andy makes a bold statement about the two: "I'm now starting to think you shouldn't be friends."

As Summer House fans may recall, Mya confirmed in February that she was no longer in a relationship with Oliver Gray, simply saying, "He wasn't who I thought he was."

In the reunion trailer, Andy reveals why: Oliver apparently cheated on Mya. "As of late," Mya adds, "I found out there were 11 women."

Season 7 newcomer Gabby never seemed to get off on the right foot with Ciara, who in-turn told Mya she found Gabby to be "surface level." Now, they're sorting things out. "I just don't think you like me," Gabby says to Ciara in the trailer, followed by Andy asking Ciara, "Did you write her off?"

Ciara says no, but Gabby admits she felt "completely" written off.

Like Danielle and Lindsay, Carl and Kyle had lots of ups and downs over the summer. And some of those downs had to do with Kyle talking about Carl's addiction troubles behind his back.

"I'm so ashamed and so embarrassed," Kyle responds. "I mean, this guy is my best friend, and I just knew it was going to be a knife to the heart."

From there, lots of tears ensue.

Mya and Paige aren't exactly the biggest cheerleaders of Lindsay and Carl's relationship, and it looks as though they'll explain their reasoning why at the reunion. In the preview, the two can also be seen confronting Lindsay for what they see as her need to "spin" everything.

Paige takes things a step further when Gabby accuses her her of being "excited" that Lindsay and Danielle had a falling out, telling the group, "First of all, I was never excited. Was I happy that Danielle was standing up for herself? Abso-f-cking-lutely."

As Summer House fans may recall, Lindsay brought up rumors that Kyle had cheated on Amanda during Season 3, leading to Kyle admitting that he had indeed been unfaithful. Now, Kyle is accusing Lindsay of "sabotag[ing]" his relationship.

Carl, however, isn't having it. "Kyle, you f-cking cheated on her!" he retorts in the trailer. "You cheated on her. That's the issue."
